CONCEPT

Successful managers do many things right. They motivate others to work towards shared objectives. They realize objective-­achievement and even outperform them. They belong to that species of manager that is ir­replaceable. They are experienced achievers who are winners in business. The only problem with this beco­mes apparent over time – there are no multipliers of their top performance and even the most talented achiever has only 24 hours available in a day. The effect they have as a person will eventually stagnate and even drop due to permanent overwork.

The answer is to “do less yourself, and lead more.” Only by leading management staff, can top­-performers mul­tiply their success as manager. And a requirement for this is to further develop how they lead.
